Sawtooth Winery :
Idaho is a state known for spectacular mountains, rivers and lakes. The unique combination of geography, climate and soils found in Idaho's vineyards can produce grapes with outstanding varietal character. Sawtooth Winery produces several Vinifera wine varietals, including 100% barrel fermented Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Gris, Syrah, Viognier, Roussanne-wines that are continually recognized for their high quality and exceptional taste.
