“These Wild Mexican Pacific Prawns are the best I’ve tasted in my 43 years in the restaurant business. Using only local fisherman, they are caught in the Sea of Cortez off Mazatlán in Mexico using turtle safe nets. They are clean tasting and firm in texture. The prawns are sustainably caught, sized and frozen immediately to preserve their incredible flavor.”
All of our Salmon, Halibut, Rockfish, Cod and Weathervane Scallops are 100% Wild & Sustainably caught in Alaska. Our shellfish is 100% sustainable from the Pacific Ocean including our Dungeness Crab from the Washington and Oregon coast, Mussels from Penn Cove on Whidbey Island and Wild Prawns from the Sea of Cortez in Mexico.
