Duke's Food prepared especially by Chateau Ste Michelle Culinary Director, John Sarich and Duke's Executive Chef, Bill Ranniger:
• Dry Riesling as a starter with a fresh Dungeness crab cake and zesty lime aioli
• Horse Heaven Hills Sauvignon Blanc with a fresh local Oyster shooter
with a mignonette blanc
• Canoe Ridge Chardonnay with a seared Sea Scallop and sweet corn relish
• Erath "Estate Selection" Pinot Noir with Wild Alaska Copper River Salmon
and a morel mushroom jus and gnocchi with herb butter
• Indian Wells Cabernet with a Grass Fed Top Sirloin, roasted organic fingerlings, Arugula, Oregon bleu cheese and a balsamic Cabernet reduction
• Dessert: Ethos Reserve Merlot with a Tillamook Chocolate ice cream and fresh raspberries
